Do you need help and information?
The practice aims to provide help and information to people who care for friends and relatives at home. This can be any of the following:-
Husband / Wife
Son / Daughter
Mother / Father
Brother / Sister
Friend / Neighbour
Uncle / Aunt
A carer is anyone who cares for someone else. This can be someone who is dependant on you for full time 24 hour care or someone you just help out.
You do not need to live with someone to be a carer.
You do not need to be an adult to be a carer.(many carers are children)
You do not need to be claiming carers benefit.
